Julaine is the best! Great personality, always available to talk to and 100% dedicated to her job. My husband and I have worked with her on a total of 5 real estate transaction over the last 3 years and she has done an outstanding job! She really and truly has the best interest of her clients in mind and is not just about "making that commission". Where do you find an honest and caring agent these days in the cut throat business called real estate? With many years of experience under her belt, Julaine was able to answer all of our questions and gave valuable advice on negotiating the best deals. In addition to being a great agent, she knows a lot about remodeling and construction and has many contacts in the industry. Everyone she has recommended has been terrific to work with. Her knowledge of the market today with the constant changes in laws, property values etc. again, was above and beyond my expectations.
