Biography:
Julaine Waggoner is a Real Estate Broker and a GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute). She holds certificates in sales of Short Sale, Foreclosure, and Probate Properties. She took the 40-hour class in Mediation from the L.A. County Bar Association, and continues to train in Collaborative Divorce trainings with the Collaborative Divorce Professionals of Orange County.
She graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Post-Graduate work was completed at the University of California, Irvine. Prior to her Real Estate career, she was involved in public education, not only teaching children, but in curriculum development and teacher training, as well.
Julaine comes from four generations of Real Estate Brokers. Her family owned Sturdevant Realty in Hawaii and Pasadena from 1892 until 1976. Her mother was the top-selling agent at the Real Estaters in Costa Mesa. Now, Julaine continues the tradition by being one of the top-selling agents in her office.
Julaine loves the outdoors, athletics of all kinds, including rollerblading and many racquet sports. She enjoys hiking and camping as well as visits to concerts and museums.
